Melanie Dressel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Banking System and Columbia Bank said today upon the release of Columbia's first quarter 2013 earnings.
CB Declares Cash Dividend
Columbia Banking System, Inc. announced that a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, and per common share equivalent for holders of preferred stock, will be paid on May 22, 2013.
