James E. Bishop, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. – Mr. Jim Bishop Sr. has been involved with the local banking industry for over 38 years and was the former President, Vice-Chairman of the Board, and Co-CEO of Skagit State Bank, where he had been employed for over thirty-four years. Mr. Bishop has been extensively involved in Skagit County, as a Past President and charter member of the Burlington Rotary, a board member of the North Cascades Institute, a Past President of the Fidalgo Fly-Fisherman, as well as previously serving on the board of the Museum of Northwest Art and chairing the fundraising campaign for the Burlington Playfields. Mr. Bishop has also served on the board of the Western Independent Bankers trade association. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and the University of Washington.
Tom Paulus, Vice Chairman of the Board. - Mr. Paulus owns Bayview Farms, a blueberry farm located in Bow. He is a graduate of Western Washington University and has been a resident of Skagit County since the 1970s.
James E. Bishop II, President and Chief Credit Officer. - Mr. Bishop was formerly a Vice President with Skagit State Bank, where he had been employed for over twelve years, until May 2004. Mr. Bishop has been involved in Skagit County as Treasurer of the Skagit Land Trust and a Past President of the Burlington Edison Kiwanis. Mr. Bishop graduated from Western Washington University. He has also attended the Western Commercial Lending School, Western Agricultural Banking School, and Pacific Coast Banking School.
John Bouslog. - Mr. Bouslog has been a dairy farmer and is currently a real estate developer/investor as general manager of Bouslog Investments, LLC and Bouslog Properties. Mr. Bouslog is a graduate of Washington State University. Mr. Bouslog owns and operates Ashley Home Store in Burlington, Washington.
Elise C. Cosgrove, Vice President. - Mrs. Cosgrove was formerly an Assistant Vice President with Skagit State Bank, where she had been employed for over seven years, until October 2004. She currently works part-time, while raising three children. Mrs. Cosgrove graduated from Western Washington University and attended the Western Commercial Lending School.
Chuck G. Dynes - Mr. Dynes' family owns Broadview Farms, an egg farm that processes and distributes fresh and liquid eggs through out the state of Washington. He is the former Chairman of the Board for the National Association for the U.S. Egg Industry and also served on the Burlington-Edison School Board as Vice Chairman and Board Member. He is a graduate of Seattle University.
