Summit Bank’s Cash Management tool enables businesses to have immediate control of your financial information, 24 hours a day, online. This service is free to any business that has a Summit Bank business checking account.
With Summit Bank’s Cash Management tool you will be able to:
- Secure multi-user access
- Real time account information
- Export transaction history from accounts into accounting software (Quickbooks, Quicken, Excel, etc.)
- Request a statement to be faxed or emailed.
- Get account alerts regarding a specific condition (Account falls below a certain balance).
- Transfer between SB accounts.
- Make one time or reoccurring loan payments at Summit Bank.
- Scheduled one time or reoccurring transactions.
- Create an ACH file through the ACH Origination page to perform a one time or scheduled transfer of funds between an account at Summit Bank and an account held at another financial institution.
- Create a reoccurring ACH file.
- Schedule an electronic tax payment from their account held at Summit Bank to an account held at another financial institution.
- Schedule and pay their bills online without paying for postage. Customers can send an electronic payment or a check can be cut and mailed.
- Reprint checks, reprint statements, send a file of your account to your email address.
